HOW DO I GET MY GARMENTS PRINTED OR EMBROIDERED?

We do all printing in house and agent for embroidery, so please check out our PRINTING pages then email us with your attached logo , idea or design on a jpeg file and we will contact you. OR,  if you have an existing company that does your customising, you can add your embroidery and screen-printing companies address details to your address book and have the products delivered directly to them.

HOW DO I GET SAMPLES?

We can send you a sample of each of the items which need to be purchased and will be refunded on return of product.. So just add the products to your cart and proceed to the checkout, in the comments box add that they are “SAMPLES??? and then we can send these out to you. Then you can either return them within seven working days to receive a credit or you can keep them. To receive a credit, returns must be received back in their original packaging within 7 working days.

RETURNS POLICY:

Products (including samples) returned to Avondale Sportswear for credit are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The products must be returned to our physical address within seven (7) working days from the purchase date.
• The products must be in a condition matching that of which they were shipped and in the case of pre-packaged products, in the same packaging as received (including tags attached to the products).
• Products cannot be returned once they have been customised in any way, including being embroidered or screen-printing.
• In the unlikely event that you have received a product in error that you did not order, please return it to us and we will credit you and reimburse you for reasonable postage of the products back to us.
• In the event that there is a fault with a product that we are responsible for we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund including reasonable postage.

HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER TAKE?

Non Printed/ Non Embroidered
Once we have received payment for your order, you will receive the order within in 2 to 5 working days. Or we can work to a deadline.

For Printed / Embroidered
Once we have received payment for your order, you will receive the order within in  5 - 8  working days. Or we can work to a deadline.

HOW TO CHECK WHAT IS IN YOUR CART?
Log on, go to “My Account??? on the main menu bar, and select the order you want to check on from the list of pending orders to see its status. If you need more information or something is incorrect please contact us.

PRIVACY  AND SECURITY POLICY:
Avondale Sportswear shares your concerns about your privacy. Information that you supply to us is not provided to any third parties, unless it is necessary to complete your purchases. Be sure to sign off once you have finished your session to ensure no un-authorised use of your account or access to your personal information.  We have set up our website to automatically log you off once you close your browser, to protect your security.

IF YOU CANNOT SEE WHAT YOU WANT ON OUR WEBSITE:

We have more than a dozen suppliers so are bound to be able to find a product you have in mind, or contact us with the details of the product including the brand name (check the label in the garment) and any other information you have for the product and we will try and supply it to you.

The ranges on the website are a mixture of custom made and ex-stock , so any different colours or sizes might need to be made so could be subject to minimum quantities. If you need a specific colour or size that is not available on our web site we will be able to suggest alternatives that fit your needs.
